We recommend the use of the H-beam split-weld straightening machine when the web thickness is less than 16mm. Fillet weld of web/flange plate at 90°. When the welding current is larger, the welding wire melts faster, the weld pool is larger, the weld pool will flow along the flange plate, and the fillet weld height is reduced. When the web thickness is less than 16 mm, the fillet weld can maintain good shape. When the thickness of the web exceeds 16 mm, we recommend using the 45° horizontal welding method.
