We recommend the use of the H-beam split-weld straightening machine when the web thickness is less than 16mm. Fillet weld of web/flange plate at 90°. When the web thickness is less than 16 mm, the fillet weld can maintain good shape. When the thickness of the web exceeds 16 mm, we recommend using the 45° horizontal welding method.
