Arc Down-adjusting 3-roller Rolling Machine Structure introduction:
This machine is named arc line lower roller adjustable 3-roller rolling machine .All the working rollers are driving .The main structure is welding structure .The two lower rollers are fixed on the left/right frame through the two rotating arm .It is control by hydraulic cylinder , which make arc line elevating action .The moving capacity is numerical display , precision is±0.2；the synchronize precision of two ends moving of lower working roller is automatically controlled by NC system; Right side of upper roller is installed inside of right frame , left side is in the active fall down device .When finish rolling , the fall down parts will tilt through oil cylinder and takeoff the work-piece .And there have balance device that make sure the balance when tilting .The hydraulic pump station can put separately and also put according to customer’s demand . In order to meet customer’s demand, this machine has rolling cone parts and plate center position parts.
